BASIC FIRE INVESTIGATION TRAINING OPPORTUNITY – Rigby

THE IDAHO STATE FIRE MARSHAL’S OFFICE HAS A TRAINING OPPORTUNITY

BASIC FIRE INVESTIGATION

This 20-hour course of instruction is presented by the Idaho State Fire
Marshal’s Office. It utilizes the core curriculum from the National Fire Academy
in addition to “hands on experience:” Students will be introduced to the
complexities of fire investigation and gain an understanding of all the aspects in
determining the origin and cause of fires. Students will also be able to determine
when it is necessary to involve outside resources for a successful resolution.

Students must have personal protective equipment to include Helmet, Gloves,
Sturdy boots, and Eye Protection.
