Reduce training costs

When students learn industry-validated skills before they’re hired, employers can spend less time teaching foundational skills and more time building job-specific expertise.

Idaho’s Workforce Training Centers also provide retraining, upskilling and customized training for current employees.

Partner with schools to shape programs that meet workforce needs

CTE programs are designed with industry input. Employers help schools and colleges keep programs aligned with current equipment, practices and workforce expectations.
