INSPIRE Ready: First Camp and Occupational Analysis (OA) Summer 2025 Registration

The Idaho Division of Career Technical Education (IDCTE) Professional Development (PD) team will be hosting INSPIRE Ready trainings three different times in Summer 2025. First Camp and First Camp Occupational Analysis (OA) are held in-person, and are required for Limited Occupational Specialists (LOS) as prescribed on their Professional Development Plans (PDPs).
Seating is limited. Priority will be given to the LOS whose certificates expire on August 31, 2025 and August 31, 2026. The PD team will confirm your status via email after you register.
POCATELLO: Idaho State University, Eames Complex (registration for this training will close on June 2nd, 2025)
- First Camp: June 16, 17, 18
- OA will not be offered at this location.
TWIN FALLS: College of Southern Idaho (registration for these trainings will close on July 7th, 2025)
- First Camp: July 21, 22, 25
- OA: July 21-22 in-person, with 3 follow-up Zoom sessions: 1 in late August, 1 in late September, 1 in late October, and a final project due in late November
COEUR D’ALENE: North Idaho College (registration for these trainings will close on July 21st, 2025)
- First Camp: August 4, 7, 8
- OA: August 7-8 in-person, with 3 follow-up Zoom sessions: 1 in late August, 1 in late September, 1 in late October, and a final project due in late November

First Camp in Boise September 3-6, 2024

For Limited Occupational Specialists (LOS) who were not able to attend First Camp A & B in July and August, the Idaho Division of Career Technical Education (IDCTE) Professional Development team is hosting another iteration of First Camp A & B to be held September 3-6, 2024 at The Riverside Hotel in Boise.

The Riverside Hotel is located is 2900 W. Chinden Boulevard, Boise, ID 83714. Please call The Riverside Hotel for room reservations at 208-343-1871, and ask for the CTEI group rate. To get the group rate, you must make reservations by 8/23/2024. First Camp registration closes on Friday, August 23, 2024 at noon Mountain Time.

First Camp
First Camp is a training for new Career Technical Education (CTE) educators who have never taught, or who have taught for one year or less. This year, First Camp is split into two halves: First Camp A (held in Regions 1, 3, and 6) and First Camp B (held only in Region 3).
- First Camp A in Region 3 will be held July 29-30 at the Idaho Fine Arts Academy in Meridian, ID.
- All First Camp A attendees must also attend First Camp B.
- First Camp B will ONLY be held August 1-2 at the Idaho Fine Arts Academy in Meridian, ID.
