Fire Instructor 1

This course is designed to meet the requirements of the NFPA 1041 Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications. Participants prepare to deliver instruction effectively from a prepared lesson plan and maintain associated records. Additional topics covered in this course include assembling course materials, using instructional aids and evaluation tools, reviewing and adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students or groups, organizing the teaching environment and providing a safe learning environment.

Fire Officer 1 and 2
