Request transcripts or records
Request your training or testing records by submitting a transcript request form.
Transcript requests provide official documentation of completed training and certification. FST can only provide copies of IFSAC certifications at this time.
Request equivalency or reciprocity
Submit an application to have prior training or certification reviewed for recognition in Idaho.
- Use the Equivalency Review Application for non-International Fire Service Accrediting Congress (IFSAC) certifications.
- Use the Reciprocity Application for IFSAC certifications issued by another state or accrediting body.
Fire Service Training will review the documentation you submit to determine whether your prior training or certification meets Idaho requirements.
Retroactive certification may be considered after FST obtains accreditation for an applicable level.
