Columbus, OH —Della Grice & Ryan Vordahl, Marketing Teachers from Post Falls High School; Matt Schneiderman, High School of Business Teacher from Caldwell High School; and Sarah Pelayo, Business Teacher from Mount Harrison Jr./Sr. High School, attended the MBA Research Leadership Forum, a 3-day strategic planning and collaborative experience designed to encourage development of a common vision for business and marketing education. The three-day forum takes place annually, and invitations are extended only to teacher leaders in recognized organizations (such as state associations for marketing and business, and business related student Career and Technical Student Organizations like DECA, FBLA or BPA).

While at the Leadership Forum, Della, Ryan, Matt & Sarah contributed to growing their own leadership skills, to strengthening our professional associations, and to the growth and stability of our profession. With colleagues from across the nation they worked to build a common message, to engage our business community, to involve our teachers and students, and to address the challenges of today’s education environment.
